Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Specialist to join our Scrap Procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and coordination of supplier agreements, contract management, logistics monitoring, invoicing support, quality claim follow-up, and cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This role is critical in ensuring that commercial agreements are properly executed, monitored, and maintained while supporting efficient procurement and supply chain operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

Contract and Commercial Agreement Management

- Prepare, issue, and manage contracts with suppliers and production plants.
- Register, maintain, update, open,



and close commercial agreements within corporate systems.
- Monitor contract execution, including signatures, special terms and conditions, amendments, and legal inquiries.
- Enter purchase orders into internal systems to generate and maintain contracts.
- Manage and update pricing information and commercial data in accordance with procurement requirements.

Supplier Relationship Management

- Maintain regular communication with domestic and international suppliers.
- Provide suppliers with updates regarding contract status, deliveries, and administrative r]]>
