Job Description: We are looking for a Junior Industrial Means Engineer to support the production program of the Multi-Role Tanker Transport (MRTT) . This role is open to external candidates who have recently completed their university studies and are eager to launch a career in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative environment. The position includes a structured onboarding program and mentorship to accelerate professional development and allow you to contribute from day one. RESPONSABILITIES:

- Design & Specification: Define, specify and implement industrial means (tools, fixtures, inspection equipment) that meet customer requirements and ergonomic standards. Produce technical documentation (drawings, work instructions, checklists) and ensure proper integration into manufacturing processes.




- Supplier Management: Manage and monitor contractual relationships with suppliers, guaranteeing on-time delivery, cost control and quality compliance. Coordinate with supply-chain and logistics teams to resolve issues and close agreements.
- Technology Innovation: Keep the “state-of-the-art” of industrial-means technology up to date and propose improvements that address current and future MRTM business needs. Evaluate new solutions (software, automation equipment, materials) and validate their feasibility.
