RETAIL VISIBILITY & MECHANDISING PROJECT SPECIALIST In this role, you will be responsible for leading retail visibility and permanent merchandising projects across Spain and Portugal, ensuring best-in-class execution at point of sale while maintaining alignment with global brand standards.

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!As our Visual & Merchandising Project Specialist you will manage projects from initial briefing through production and implementation, working closely with Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Procurement, General teams and external suppliers. You will be reporting to the Visibility and Merchandising Manager . The ideal candidate combines project management expertise with a strong understanding of retail furniture production and execution,



being able to independently manage multiple stakeholders, suppliers and projects simultaneously while ensuring excellence at point of sale:

- Lead permanent merchandising and furniture projects for Prestige brands.
- Manage projects from concept development to final implementation.
- Coordinate suppliers throughout design, production, logistics and installation phases.
- Control project budgets and CAPEX investments.
- Develop implementation plans and monitor project timelines.
- Prepare business cases, investment proposals and project reports.
