Job Title Consultant Amadeus Business Consulting (ABC) is a general unit and an integral part of the GSS – Global Accounts & Strategic Sales organization within the Amadeus Travel Unit. Our mission is to provide business consulting and transformation services to the travel industry for lasting business outcomes — acting as a Trusted Advisor to our customers and Growth Accelerator to Amadeus . We are looking for a knowledgeable Consultant to join the Amadeus consulting hubs based in Dubai/Madrid and contribute to ABC’s broader role as a global expertise hub embedded in GSS. Main responsibilities

- Deliver chargeable and non-chargeable consulting services to external customers, ensuring high-quality execution, clear business outcomes, disciplined delivery governance, and adherence to agreed scope, budget,



and timeline.
- Provide consulting support to GSS, business domains, commercial teams, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and strategy teams by translating customer needs into clear value propositions, business cases, and consulting-led engagement approaches.
- Engage with senior and executive stakeholders at customer organizations, bringing analytical insight, industry judgement, and structured recommendations to support transformation decisions and strengthen strategic relationships.
