ABOUT THE JOB As a Sybase Database Administrator, you will manage Sybase databases within the integral CIB scope. You will ensure the stability, resilience, and performance of DBA services to maintain highly available environments for our applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Monitor database capacity and system performance.
- Manage backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity.
- Perform troubleshooting and deep performance analysis.
- Design and implement new database systems within the Group.
- Provide technical support and consulting to application teams.

PROFILE & SKILLS

- Studies: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience as an L3 Sybase database administrator.
- Languages: Fluency in English (B2/C level), both spoken and written

Business Skills

- Knowledge of MongoDB.
- Experience with Ansible or Python scripting.
- Proficiency in Powershell scripting.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow.

Transversal & Behavioral Skills

- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
- Collaborative mindset for effective teamwork.
