Scopely is looking for a Director, Slate Operations to join our Slate Development Group team in the UK remotely or in Barcelona, on a versátil hybrid model. At Scopely, we care deeply about what we do and want to inspire play every day - whether in our work environments alongside our talented colleagues or through our deep connections with our communities of players. We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily. Slate Operations keeps Scopely's game development slate moving. We oversee execution and cross-functional alignment across the games in development — connecting game teams and central teams so decisions get made once and stick, running the cadence that keeps everyone aligned, and clearing the path so teams can build.

What You'll Do: We're looking for a Director, Slate Operations to own this end to end. There are two sides to it: keeping the Group running as an organization — its cadence, process, and the day-to-day support the Game Board, Head of Slate Development and leadership team rely on — and running program management for the Game Development Framework (GDF) so games move cleanly from concept to launch. You'll sit inside the Slate Development Group but work with every part of Scopely: game teams, divisional leadership, finance, strategy, and corporate development.
