What are we looking for?

- Technical Manager , with approximately 6 years of experience.
- Availability to relocate to a stable project in Madrid, Rivas-vaciamadrid .
- Work Schedule: M-T: 9H //F: 5,5H

Requirements:

- Degree in Electronic Engineering , Telecommunications, Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
- Extensive experience in complex technological environments, preferably in avionics, defence or aeronautical systems.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of avionics systems such as: Navigation, communications, mission, sensors and/or control. Embedded systems integration.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with motivation, clarity and a results-oriented approach.
- Strategic vision , initiative and a focus on technical excellence.

What will your responsibilities be?

- Lead a technical team, coordinating key project areas and ensuring excellence throughout all phases of the system lifecycle.
