Job Description: An opportunity for a Data Analyst & Problem Solver Specialist has arisen within Airbus Operations , Illescas (Toledo). The selected candidate will join the Industrial & Plant Operations Team to bridge the gap between complex datasets and strategic business decisions. In this role, you will investigate operational and strategic issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend actionable solutions. You will play a key role in driving the predictive plant strategy through AI tools and data analytics while serving as an Export Control focal point (EPoC) for the plant. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Drive Data Analytics & AI Initiatives: Collect, clean, and analyze complex industrial datasets to develop predictive digital tools, automate data pipelines,



and build monitoring dashboards for key plant KPIs.
- Lead Advanced Problem Solving: Investigate complex shopfloor issues using 9S/8D and advanced methodologies, identifying root causes, implementing containment/corrective actions, and tracking ROI for plant management.
- Promote Export Control Compliance (EPoC): Act as the primary local point of contact for export control compliance, providing elementary guidance, escalating potential breaches, and supporting Export Control Officers.
