Business Analyst Intern Description - Before applying: Please note that, to be eligible for this position, you must be currently enrolled at a university in Spain , remain enrolled until the end of the internship, and be eligible to sign an internship agreement with your university. You must also be available to start the internship in February 2027 and continue participating in the program until June–July 2027 . Role Purpose The Business Analyst Intern supports the Customer Service organisation through structured business administration, operational reporting, data analysis, and AI-enabled improvement activities. The role helps strengthen day-to-day execution by improving visibility, coordination, documentation, and insight generation across the function.



This role is suited to an early-career individual who is interested in customer operations, business analysis, and the practical application of AI to improve efficiency, reporting quality, and decision-making. Key Responsibilities

- Support business administration activities across the Customer Service function, including meeting coordination, action tracking, document preparation, and follow-up management
