Role Purpose The BA/Architect Lead bridges business and technology at the heart of the Intelligent Operations FS delivery. The role owns business & functional requirements end-to-end — from client elicitation through to UAT sign-off — and provides the architectural grounding to translate complex banking operations into implementable designs.
