Category Manager, Global Procurement Organization (GPO)We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Category Manager to join our Integral Procurement Operations (GPO) CAPEX Category team within the Equipment, Mobility & Infrastructure (EMI) organization. In this role, you will own end-to-end category management for the Racking (Storage) subcategory across Europe and Latin America, supporting Amazon's fulfillment, sortation, and logistics network. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies, drive cost savings, manage supplier relationships, and partner cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class storage solutions at optimal total cost of ownership. You will report to the Global Storage Category Leader and work closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance,



and regional stakeholders to ensure procurement strategies are aligned with business priorities and network expansion plans.

Key job responsibilities

- Category Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute regional category strategies for Racking across Europe and Latin America, including market analysis, spend segmentation, should-cost modelling, sourcing roadmaps, and supply chain optimisation.
