Process Mining & Process Improvement Internship Description - Before applying please note that, to be eligible for this position, you must be currently enrolled at a university in Spain , remain enrolled until the end of the internship, and be eligible to sign an internship agreement with your university. You must also be available to start the internship in February 2027 and continue participating in the program until June–July 2027 . About the WW Field Process Team The WW Field Process Team helps HP improve the visibility, consistency, and performance of end-to-end business processes our Field Technicians perform in their day to day. We combine process expertise, data, and digital capabilities to identify opportunities, reduce deviations, and enable more proactive decision-making.



As part of our team, you will work with integral stakeholders to apply Process Mining techniques, investigate process behavior, and translate insights into practical solutions and continuous-improvement actions. - Use Process Mining tools and event-log data to map and analyze end-to-end process flows.
