Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, analytical, and highly structured AI Adoption Lead to join our AI & Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the practical integration of AI across the Airbus Defence and Space enterprise.
Rather than simply managing tool delivery and operations/service, your focus is on ensuring our AI capabilities are actually proactively utilized, mastered, and integrated into the core workflows of our business units. You will act as the vital link between our technical capabilities and our business value, ensuring that our internal AI platforms deliver measurable impact and competitive advantage.
