About the Job The Global People Operations Manager drives operational excellence, governance, compliance, and end-to-end process management across the People & Culture (P&C;) function at Allianz Technology. Acting as the central coordination point between P&C; business stakeholders, safeguarding functions, and technology and operational delivery teams, you will ensure that P&C; services, processes, and applications are effective, compliant, scalable, and aligned with organizational objectives. You will own P&C; process governance, lead global standardization and continuous improvement, orchestrate safeguarding and compliance requirements, and oversee governance of the P&C; application and service portfolio. Core to this role is strengthening data governance and operational controls,



ensuring P&C; requirements are embedded in enterprise-wide governance, and facilitating alignment between general and local P&C; teams to achieve consistent, high-quality delivery.

What you do

- Own and coordinate end-to-end P&C; process governance, including process mapping, redesign, ownership alignment, and documentation. Drive process standardization and continuous improvement across People Operations; maintain published documentation and quality standards with process owners and governance teams.
