Job Description: Program Quality main roles and responsibilities are the following ones:

- Management of customer quality complains and official non conformities.
- Management of day-to-day quality issues with OOSS (Official Services)
- Lead quality topics in Aircrafts belonging to Spanish Programs between AHE-AH/AHD.
- Concession management, signature and follow-up
- Lead Concession Board with customers and OOSS
- Answer to OOSS questions (technical)
- Minor Incident Management and follow-up
- Identify risks, difficulties and non-quality issues and inform of them to the Program
- Treatment of Quality remarks from OOSS acceptance process
- Delivery Documentation management (before official analysis)
- CoC / Certificate of Conformity fulfilment and signature




- Permit to Fly management with Airworthiness Authority.
- Support to Program's Aircrafts deliveries in Quality topics
- Prepare, harmonize and release the local QAPs (Quality Assurance Plans)
- Monthly KPI´s
- Act as official interface between AHE and NQAR
- To support SpNQAR on GQAs (Governmental Quality Assurance) delegation proposals
- To support Programs in quality topics

Training / experience:

- Desirable: Aeronautical/Industrial Engineering Degree
- Aeronautical experience: Minimum 3 years
- Knowledge in EASA Regulation
- Knowledge in M]]>
