Job Description We are looking to incorporate a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic automation and Artificial Intelligence projects in the financial sector. The person will be the main point of conversation with the client, including executive-level stakeholders, and will coordinate our teams specialized in automation, data and AI, ensuring the correct execution of projects both from a business and delivery point of view. We are looking for a profile with extensive experience in banking and consulting, able to understand the client's needs, transfer them to our technical teams and accompany the project from start to finish.

What will be your main responsibilities?

- Lead projects from start to finish, including planning, monitoring, risk management, budgeting and reporting to management.




- Act as the main interlocutor with the customer, maintaining a fluid relationship with the different stakeholders, including C-level profiles.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, especially Automation and AI teams, as well as business, data, cybersecurity and operations professionals.
- Ensure alignment between the customer's business needs and technical teams, facilitating the definition and execution of solutions.
- Identify new opportunities for automation and Artificial Intelligence in the banking sector.
- Participate and provide support in pre-sales activities and proposal preparation.
