Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join a German company based in Madrid. The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition and will work closely with internal teams, including stakeholders in Germany.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for different roles.
Source, screen, and interview candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders in Germany.
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
Support other HR-related tasks when required.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment.
German nationality is mandatory.
Fluency in German; good command of Englishis required.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in an international environment.
