As a customer service representative, you help customers with questions about mobile telephony, internet and television.
For example:Activating a SIM cardSolving mobile internet problemsInvestigating slow internet connectionsHelping customers install equipmentAnswering technical questions and offering suitable solutionsBesides delivering excellent service, you also play a commercial role.
You spot opportunities for cross?selling and upselling, and you advise customers naturally on products or services that truly suit them.Who are we looking for?
