What you'l do
- Reach out to potential clients and generate new business opportunities in Dutch-speaking markets.
- Present and promote services or products clearly and professionally in Dutch (and English as needed), tailoring offers to client needs and ensuring smooth followup and onboarding.
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients: respond to inquiries, handle renewals or upgrades, and support clients to maximize satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams sales, support, operations to coordinate client onboarding, technical or service support, and ensure high levels of service delivery.
