The role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior professionals and take meaningful responsibility across the transaction process, from initial analysis through execution and closing.

Key responsibilities
Supporting and leading workstreams across buy-side and sell-side M&A; transactionsBuilding and reviewing financial models and valuation analysesPreparing teasers, information memoranda, presentations and other transaction materialsConducting company, industry and market analysisSupporting due diligence processes xqbhyrx and coordinating information flowsParticipating in management and client interactionsWorking with senior team members throughout the execution processSupporting transaction documentation and other closing-related activities
