The permanent full-time roles begin with commissioning, training on FAWEMA equipment, and a transition to permanent Warehouse Operator duties as operations stabilise.You'll receive full training, work on a rotating roster during commissioning, and help build a scalable, safety-focused culture at the Ballarat site.
