Job Description
Our Business Development team has representatives in the US and across Europe. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team and manage the relationship of approximately 50 active accounts per quarter.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth within an organization where you will have a varied role developing business opportunities across our software solutions for the Retail & CPG industry.
Mapping the organizational structuresIdentifying key decision makers / influencersUnderstanding the IT landscapeIdentifying the "whitespace" in terms of solution gapsDocumenting the business strategy / challenges / opportunities of the account as it relates to Symphony Retail AI's solutionsUsing all available marketing tools and materials to best effectFormulating Strategies: On completion of the discovery process you will formulate strategies and/or tactics to successfully engage with the accounts including:Collaborating with the Solution Consulting team to ensure the value proposition is effectively communicated to the targetsOwning,



nurturing and lead generation of campaigns with the nominated accounts with a view to identifying sales opportunities to hand over to the sales executives at the right point in timeWorking with Marketing to develop appropriate content and programsDeveloping and maintaining strong business relationships with your accountsWhat you will bring to SymphonyAI:4 + years of experience in account management/business development or a similar client?Fluent in Spanish and EnglishStrong knowledge of retail operations and challenges, with the ability to tailor solutions to address these needs.
A love of building strong client/prospect relationships, creating trust and rapportProven experience of demand generationExcellent knowledge of inside sales processes and able to exploit them fullySkills in research and collation of relevant market information and analysisFantastic communication skills and enjoy speaking with and listening to clientsStrong team work ethic, a desire to support and create opportunities for your colleaguesProven planning and organization skills, you're a "self?
