The project:We are looking for someone with good communication skills, ideally with experience making decisions, being proactive, used to building software from scratch, and with good attention to detail.
Experienced with Agile methods and values, such as Kanban, shift left, iterative delivery, and self-organizing, cross-functional teamsComfortable with open communication, collaboration, and a strong feedback cultureCan work independently to translate business requirements from scratch into end-to-end production-grade solutions.




Expert at web development using JAVA Spring BootDatabase modelling & data handling at production level (NoSQL, Document based database eg. OpenAPI/Swagger)Hands-on experience with managing infrastructure
- AWS (or any cloud provider), Containerization (Docker), Creating & managing deployments in Kubernetes Cluster, Infrastructure-as-code using TerraformStrong understanding of software development
- clean code, refactoring, test pyramidStrong understanding of architecture design and software design patterns
- Hexagonal architecture, Domain driven design, SagaDevops
- Version Control using Gitlab, CI/CD, Automated Testing, Monitoring & ObservabilityMaintaining a medium-sized, production-grade service using an advanced observability platform like Datadog and handling incidentsNice to have:Frontend skills
