About the Role
Our client, a boutique recruitment consultancy based in León, Guanajuato, is seeking a flexible and results-oriented Personnel Selection Consultant. This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work on a contract basis, providing expert recruitment services to a variety of clients. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, ensuring the successful placement of qualified candidates. This role requires a proactive individual who can build strong relationships, source effectively, and deliver high-quality results independently. Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned job openings.
* Source candidates using various online platforms, databases, and networking strategies.
* Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
* Present shortlisted candidates to clients, providing detailed feedback and insights.
* Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and clients.




* Negotiate job offers and support the onboarding process as needed.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
* Provide exceptional service to clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
* Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices. Requirements
* Proven experience in recruitment and selection, ideally within a consulting or agency environment.
* Demonstrated ability to source and attract qualified candidates for various roles.
* Proficiency in using recruitment software and online sourcing tools.
* Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
* Understanding of labor laws and hiring regulations is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. Benefits
