Housekeeping and workplace organization Monitor compliance with corporate housekeeping and cleanliness and order standards throughout all facility areas. Identify housekeeping-related deviations and ensure the implementation of appropriate corrective actions. Collaborate with different departments to maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and workplace organization. Contractor oversight and work monitoring Monitor activities performed by contractors and service providers within company facilities. Confirm compliance with safety, security, housekeeping, and cleanliness requirements during the execution of work activities. Identify and report deviations, non-compliance issues,



or risk situations observed during contractor activities. Record and track incidents and non-compliance issues related to facilities, services, and operational activities. Verify compliance with access control procedures, asset protection requirements, and the proper use of company facilities. Support the implementation and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions aimed at improving facility security levels. Emergency response support Support evacuation activities, access control measures, and operational control during incidents or emergency situations. Provide administrative support for the monitoring of vendors, services, and Facility Management operational performance indicators. Associate degree, Technical degree, or equivalent qualification in Maintenance, Electrical Systems, Building Services, Construction, Industrial Operations, or a related field. Additional training in Facility Management, Contractor Management (CAE), Physical Security, Facility Inspections, or Service Management will be considered an asset.
