In this role you’ll Own reserving processes and Solvency II calculations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all regulatory submissions Contribute to key financial reporting deliverables — including SFCR, RSR, ORSA, and QRTs — working closely with the wider team to meet regulatory deadlines Build and refine AI‑driven workflows that make traditional actuarial work faster, leaner, and more scalable Identify trends in data, translate them into clear insights,



and communicate findings that inform real business decisions Continuously raise the bar on actuarial compliance and professional standards as Lemonade grows across Europe What you’ll need 4+ years of non‑life actuarial experience, ideally with a focus on personal lines A Master’s degree in Actuarial Science, Econometrics, or a related field Hands‑on experience with reserving and Solvency II capital requirement calculations Familiarity with data science tools like Python or R, and a genuine comfort working alongside AI and automation Experience in financial reporting for regulated insurers The ability to take complex results and communicate them clearly to management and stakeholders Excellent written and verbal English — this is a must Ready to work in an office environment most days of the week
