Job Description
The opportunity Hitachi Energy is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to support various human resources functions, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and contributing to a positive employee experience. This role will involve a blend of administrative, operational, and employee-facing duties within a dynamic and general organization. Administer and maintain HR information systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Support employee relations by assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex matters to senior HR personnel. Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and providing support for performance improvement plans. Coordinate and support various HR projects and initiatives, such as training programs, employee engagement activities, and policy updates. Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.



Collaborate effectively with other HR team members and departments across the organization. 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist or specialist role, preferably within a large, multinational organization. ~ Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and relevant employment laws. ~ Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ~ Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and HR-related issues. ~ Experience with global HR practices and cultural nuances is a plus.
