OWERVIEWThe Senior Business Analyst is an individual who works with JLL’s general Fortune 500 customers with the goal of improving the overall real estate and facilities management (REFM) operations through technology and process improvement.
Working closely with stakeholders, facilitators and partners, the Senior Business Analyst determines project and program requirements and translates them into clear documentation and mockups that guide cost-effective technology implementations.
A core responsibility of this role is mentoring and upskilling junior Business Analysts, providing hands-on coaching, structured skills development and career growth support. The Senior Business Analyst leads and supports all Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) projects, troubleshooting system and data issues while identifying opportunities for process improvement, and brings innovation and best practices to the customer to drive efficiencies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAct as the liaison between the customer REFM stakeholders, the JLL project execution team and the IWMS software vendor.
Participate in all planning sessions often acting on behalf of the customer.




Responsible for creating documentation for: ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ processes, processOperating proceduresKey Performance Indicators and measurement criteriaReporting Objectives and SolutionsData gathering templates and management plansWork with project team to drive the design and review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project’s scope, acceptance, installation and deployment.
Run data queries to identify data issues and provide recommended solutions.
Lead multiple concurrent IWMS projects and workstreams, coordinating across project teams and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Own the mentoring and upskilling of junior Business Analysts, providing structured coaching, skills-development plans and career growth support.
Assign and monitor work allocation across the junior Business Analyst team, tracking progress against project commitments and rebalancing assignments as priorities shift.
Review and validate junior Business Analysts’ deliverables for accuracy, consistency and completeness prior to client submission, ensuring adherence to established BA methodology and standards.7-8 years of experience in a Business Analyst role,



including demonstrated leadership of project teams and mentoring of junior staff5+ years’ experience leading requirements analysis, documentation and management across multiple concurrent projects.
