BD is seeking an Operational Excellence Engineer to join its general Operational Excellence community at ESP Huesca - Fraga. You will drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery and cost, under the Plant OPEX Manager, applying BD Excellence methodologies.
You will develop problem-solving capabilities, coordinate focused improvement projects, and coach teams in Kaizen events to sustain a multi-year CTW portfolio while improving OEE and waste metrics.
