Stoïk is seeking an HR Operations Manager to oversee the Spain HR landscape and extend to Italy. You will manage payroll for Spain and future Italy, ensure HR compliance, and partner with providers to optimize benefits.
You’ll be the HRIS power user, handling onboarding, offboarding, and daily HR needs with autonomy in a dynamic, international setting. You will collaborate with the Country Manager and the general HR team, supporting a fast-growing European business and contributing to Stoïk’s
