As a Customer Success Manager dedicated to the Spanish market, your mission is to secure customer renewals by driving long-term product adoption and delivering measurable business value. Your impact will be direct: helping Spanish customers transform their recruitment and talent management practices while contributing to customer retention and growth in a strategic market.
Monitor product usage, engagement and risk signals, continuously adapting customer Success Paths to strengthen adoption and prevent disengagement.
