At Factorial we're looking for a new Partner Development Manager ( New Product ) for the Spanish Market to help us boost the company to the next level.
The partners team is just getting started so there are huge opportunities to define processes, grow and take part in the building of a new business unit
Hold regular meetings (cold calls, video meetings, demos) with all your partners and their clients keeping them updated on the product and finding solutions to specific problems that they may have.
Collaborate daily with internal teams, from SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience and Senior Leadership.
Have 4-6 years experience in Sales/B2B at a SaaS-based company or digital-transformation environments.
A native level of Spanish is required.
You are fluent in English.
Bonus Points:You have been part of the construction of a Business Unit/team from scratch.




You have knowledge/experience in Human Resources/Software/Payroll.
Experience in full cycle Sales B2B.
