About the Role
We're looking for a senior Automation & AI Implementation Specialist to lead AI adoption, workflow automation, and process improvement across the firm.

What You'll Do
Audit workflows across the firm and identify opportunities for AI, automation, and process improvementDesign, build, and implement AI-powered workflows and automationsTroubleshoot and improve existing automations that are unreliable or brokenBuild and maintain integrations across Clio, Lawmatics, Slack, Gmail, Dialpad, Hubstaff, and AgorapulseDevelop workflows using Zapier and n8n, including more customized solutions when neededUse APIs and custom development to solve problems that existing tools can't handle effectivelyLeverage Claude Code and other leading LLMs to rapidly build, troubleshoot, and optimize automations, integrations, internal tools, and AI-powered workflowsOwn projects end-to-end, from identifying the problem through implementation, testing,



and ongoing optimizationRequirementsPrevious experience implementing automations and process improvements for law firms.
Strong hands-on experience with AI implementation and business process automation.
Strong experience working with LLMs such as Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Gemini, or similar models to build AI-powered workflows and business process automations.
Experience integrating LLMs into workflows through APIs, webhooks, n8n, Zapier, or custom development.
Experience integrating Slack, Gmail, Dialpad, Hubstaff, and Agorapulse or comparable business platforms.
Experience working with APIs, integrations, and custom software/internal tool development.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to fix broken automations and integrations.
Self-starter capable of owning projects from strategy through execution with minimal direction.
Excellent English communication skills and ability to maintain partial overlap with U.
Time is tracked through Hubstaff during
