The "Be Talent BBVA: General Seed Program" is an initiative designed for recent graduates. Over 24 months, you will work on diverse projects, rotating every 6 months through different key functional areas and roles at our Ciudad BBVA headquarters in Madrid.

International Experience and Consolidation: International Assignment: Throughout the program,



you will have the opportunity to complete an international stay of 4 to 6 weeks at one of BBVA's global headquarters.
Program Completion: Upon completing the program, you will consolidate into a team based on your skills, career path, and business needs.
Key Objective: This program offers you a 360-degree view of BBVA's operations, allowing you to develop technical competencies and essential skills in an ever-evolving sector. We will provide you with the necessary support for a seamless integration into a modern and enjoyable work environment that fosters both personal and professional growth.
