Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Welcome To Home Welcome To Home (WTH) is building the first pan‐European, tokenised affordable housing platform for essential workers, targeting 6,000 units in Spain (Phase 1) and 10,000 units across Spain, Portugal, France and Germany (Phase 2). We combine institutional‐grade residential real estate, industrialised 3D‐printing construction and a MiCA‐compliant tokenised equity layer. We are looking for a senior CFO to join the founding team and lead all financial and capital markets activities. This is a hybrid role, preferably based in Spain, with responsibility for shaping the financial strategy of a high‐growth, impact‐driven platform.
