As a Team Leader on our team, you will:Lead, coach, and develop a team of customer support representativesConduct regular performance reviews and develop improvement plansEnsure high standards of customer service and supportCooperate with PM to fulfill Client’s business account planMonitor team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs)Deliver the performance review to team membersIdentify training needs and opportunities for team growth and organize training sessionsPrepare reports on team performance, mission-critical incidents,
