Business Operations Specialist | Digital Advertising Contract until June 2027, with potential extension We’re supporting a leading global technology organisation looking for a junior Business Operations Specialist to join its digital advertising operations team. This is a predominantly back-end, analytical and operational role, adecuado for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data, Excel and reporting rather than being heavily client-facing. What you'll be doing:
* Supporting business forecasting and performance analysis
* Maintaining reports and dashboards and ensuring data accuracy
* Working extensively with Excel to analyse and reconcile data
* Supporting billing, revenue reconciliation and accruals
* Investigating reporting and financial discrepancies
* Supporting payment follow-ups
* Maintaining contract records and coordinating renewals/amendments
* Working with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes What we're looking for:




* 1–2 years’ experience within digital advertising, digital marketing, media, sales operations, business operations or a related environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong Excel skills, particularly PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
* Experience working with reporting, operational or financial data
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Fluent English, C1 level or above
* Power BI experience would be beneficial This could be particularly well suited to someone currently working within Ad Operations, Campaign Operations, Media Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Reporting/Analytics, or an analytical Account Coordinator position looking to move into a more operational role.
