Ethos is seeking experienced K-12 educators to help train a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across lesson plans, curriculum maps, pacing guides, parent communications, student progress narratives, and school-improvement documents.

Fully remote, adaptable 5–20 hours per week, ASAP start, compensation $80 per hour.
