Key Responsibilities
Take incoming customer and from boutiques and shops calls and solve users’ demandsLog call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLAMaintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customersEnsure contractual SLA is maintainedKey RequirementsHave a proficient or bilingual level of Polish, and advanced level of EnglishHave minimum of 1-year relevant experience in fashion retail or retailHave knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling,
