Responsibilities

- Support implementation of learning and development programs for employees and managers
- Contribute to onboarding and employee experience initiatives for new hires
- Coordinate training activities with external vendors and internal teams
- Manage learning data, training metrics, and prepare reports and dashboards
- Assist in designing, updating, and maintaining learning materials and resources

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed university studies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Structured, process-oriented approach to work
- Quick learning ability and adaptability to new tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
