About the Role

Our client, a boutique recruitment consultancy based in León, Guanajuato , is seeking a flexible and results-oriented Personnel Selection Consultant . This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work on a contract basis, providing expert recruitment services to a variety of clients. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, ensuring the successful placement of qualified candidates. This role requires a proactive individual who can build strong relationships, source effectively, and deliver high-quality results independently. You will be a key partner to our clients, helping them build strong teams by finding the right talent. Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned job openings. Source candidates using various online platforms, databases, and networking strategies. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications. Present shortlisted candidates to clients, providing detailed feedback and insights. Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and clients.



Negotiate job offers and support the onboarding process as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system. Provide exceptional service to clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience. Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices. Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment and selection, ideally within a consulting or agency environment. Demonstrated ability to source and attract qualified candidates for various roles. Proficiency in using recruitment software and online sourcing tools. Strong interviewing and assessment skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Understanding of labor laws and hiring regulations is a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
