Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and direction for all social and community service programs in León, Guanajuato . Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, community leaders, funding partners, and other stakeholders. Lead fundraising efforts, including grant writing, donor relations, and campaign development. Ensure effective program implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, utilizing data to drive improvements. Manage departmental budgets, ensuring financial stewardship and accountability. Champion the organization's mission and advocate for the needs of the communities served.



Stay abreast of current trends, policies, and best practices in social services and community development. Represent the organization in public forums, conferences, and meetings. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the department. Oversee the expansion and development of new services and initiatives to meet evolving community demands in Guanajuato . Requirements

Master's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Non-profit Management, or a related field. A PhD is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in social services or community development organizations. Proven track record in strategic planning, program management, and financial oversight. Demonstrated success in fundraising, grant writing, and resource development. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of social issues, community needs assessment, and program evaluation methodologies. Experience in managing diverse teams and fostering a positive work environment. Strong understanding of the socio-economic landscape of León and Guanajuato . Ability to work effectively in both office and remote settings. Strong networking and partnership-building capabilities. Proficiency in Spanish is essential; English proficiency is highly desirable.
