Act as the main point of contact for external clients, leading key meetings, managing expectations, tracking milestones and proactively resolving risks and escalations. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Quality, Customer Success), aligning dependencies, priorities and deliverables. Implement Agile/Scrum delivery practices or hybrid frameworks (ceremonies, backlog and roadmap management using Jira). Ensure technical and business requirements meet pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations (GMP and ISO frameworks) in collaboration with the Quality team. Contribute to PMO standards, governance and methodologies in a fast-growing SaaS environment. Требования At least 5 years of experience specifically in an IT Project Manager role (internal or external profile),



managing projects from start to finish and with demonstrable direct experience dealing with external clients. Solid, demonstrable experience in IT systems integration projects, SaaS environments and the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences sector. Fluent English is essential (at least C1 or native), with demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and international technical meetings. Experience implementing software for the pharmaceutical industry, preferably eBR (electronic Batch Record), and knowledge of Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse concepts. Proficiency in Agile / Waterfall methodologies and expert use of Jira. Availability to travel occasionally for client meetings or visits.
