Provide remote technical support and oversight for construction projects. Ensure construction activities comply with design intent, building codes, and quality standards. Assist in the preparation and management of construction documentation, including reports and schedules. Communicate effectively with site supervisors, project managers, and other stakeholders via digital channels.



Monitor project progress and identify potential technical issues or risks. Participate in virtual project meetings and provide technical input. Support the procurement of materials and services, ensuring compliance with project requirements. Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction methodologies and quality control processes. Degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, or a related construction field. A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in construction project technical management or site supervision. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and building regulations in Spain. Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD and/or Revit for reviewing drawings. Experience with digital collaboration tools and platforms. Fluency in Spanish.
