Carry out the guided toursOversee mailbox and answer inquiries for guided toursAdministrating and managing all incoming requests (mail/telephone)Collaboration in the development of the materials and speeches for the guided toursAcquiring knowledge and history related to the stock market and its surroundings (Stock Exchange Palace)Support the event managers in all aspects of event management (planning, preparing, execution, event material, invitation and registration management, etc.)Provide ad hoc support to the events team in their daily workOn-site support at eventsQualificationsStudies in Marketing, Communication, Tourism, Business Administration or Event OrganizationAbility to work in a dynamic and general environment with excellent organizational and communication skillsStrong xqbhyrx organizational skills and personal flexibilityWillingness to collaborate and work autonomously paired with good time management skillsVery good level of spoken and written English and Spanish (B2 minimum)Experience in hosting virtual events is an advantage
