Join our dynamic Team as a Telesales Representative for the Scandinavian market at Avis Budget Group Contact Centre in Barcelona!

Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction? Avis Budget Group is seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team. If you're ready to take on new challenges, contribute to a positive work environment, and make an impact, we want you on our team.

What you´ll do:

· Take charge of a small and medium business portfolio, working to develop revenue and achieve agreed business objectives. Account management, maintenance and updating of master data in Salesforce.

· Identify and qualify new business and existing customer sales opportunities through proactive strategies (no cold calling).





· Provide regular feedback to team leaders ensuring a seamless flow of information.

You should apply if you bring:

· Minimum one year experience in customer service & sales.

· Native-level Danish and intermediate English proficiency.

· Familiarity with Windows-based technology and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

· Strong oral and written communication skills in a B2B environment.

· Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce would be desired.

· A collaborative mindset with a drive to be the best together!

We will offer you:

· Salary range €28.500 to 32000 (based on experience) plus bonus scheme.

· Hybrid model.

· Full-time permanent contract (39 hours a week, Monday to Friday).
