As a Fashion Consultant on our team, you will:Solve any kind of customer's doubt or complain regarding our ClientLog call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLAMaintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customersEscalate potential service issuesTo follow all the processes and procedures of the projectProvide cover for other Agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teamsEnsure contractual SLA is maintainedYour qualificationsWe embrace our game-changers with open arms,
