Support the Billing Department by designing and executing NetSuite queries to address business and customer requirements Manage and maintain subscription data, perform basic subscription processing, and ensure data accuracy across billing operations. Prepare, cleanse, and validate large datasets in Excel for mass uploads into NetSuite. Produce reports and analyses to support operational and management decision-making. Act as a key liaison between Finance and other business functions to resolve data and billing-related issues. Participate in cross-functional finance projects,



process improvement initiatives, and system enhancements. Assist with testing, documentation, and implementation of new finance solutions. Provide analytical and operational support to the Billing Manager, including KPI reporting and ad hoc analyses. Contribute to the optimization and automation of billing processes. Ensure compliance with finance controls, data governance standards, and best practices.

Experience:
