- Requisition Number: R-** Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one "clean" ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.
This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility.
Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.
The IM Transcend Deployment Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of global ERP deployment releases across multiple functional workstreams.
They partner with business, technology, testing, cutover, hypercare, change management, and program leadership teams to ensure successful deployments that meet program standards, timelines, quality requirements, and governance expectations.
The Deployment Manager drives deployment readiness, manages risks and dependencies, coordinates release activities, and supports execution across the full deployment lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deployment Planning MBA or advanced degree, or focused degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering,



Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
* Certifications preferred: Project Management (PMP, FPX, or equivalent), Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or SAP EXPERIENCE AND

SKILLS:
Required:
* Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience
* Demonstrated experience in Project Management and/or Program Management
* Experience with an ERP deployment and/or business transformation
* Customer Service and/or Commercial Contracting, Billing, and Pricing knowledge
* Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or related leadership role
* Proven track record to lead complex initiatives in highly matrixed organizations, influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across teams through strong communication and presentation skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on execution and results delivery
* Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or other highly regulated environments (e.g., cGMP, SDLC) Preferred:
* Experience in testing processes, cutover planning, and hypercare support
* Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
* Experience leading integral teams and collaborating across regions and cultures Other:
* Requires proficiency in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively and professionally; proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, Dutch, or German are helpful




* May require up to 35% domestic and international travel
