* Monitor project performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, schedules and action items.
* Escalate significant risks and decisions to appropriate leadership forums.
* Coordinate activities between internal teams, consultants, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
* Manage integrated project schedules covering process design, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live readiness.
* Monitor project budgets, resource utilization, and vendor performance.
* Ensure project resources are effectively aligned with project priorities.
* Support solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment activities.
* Manage project scope and change requests while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
* Facilitate cross-functional workshops and working sessions to support solution design and process alignment.



Требования:
* 5+ years of experience with Project Management leading large-scale enterprise system implementations
* Ability to communicate effectively with project team and customers/vendors
* Ability to collaborate with others to achieve business objectives
* Proven ability to creatively solve problems, challenges, and opportunities
* Excellent critical thinking skills to support decision making
* Strong organizational skills to effectively balance competing priorities
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to form good relationships with outside team members
* Prepared to travel domestically and internationally as required
* Experience with implementing Supply Chain solutions
